Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad bursting with colorful vegetables, feta cheese, and a zesty lemon dressing.


Ingredients

  • Crisp romaine or mixed greens
  • Juicy cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Cool Persian or English cucumbers
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Colorful bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
  • Kalamata or green olives
  • Crumpled feta cheese

Instructions
