- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Let the shrimp cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Top each tortilla chip with a spoonful of guacamole and a piece of shrimp.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, consider grilling the shrimp instead of sautéing.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
