Description

Shrimp Guacamole Bites are a delicious and refreshing appetizer that combines the rich flavors of shrimp and creamy guacamole, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Let the shrimp cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Top each tortilla chip with a spoonful of guacamole and a piece of shrimp.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider grilling the shrimp instead of sautéing.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
  • These bites are best served fresh but can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
