- 2 Large Onions, Sliced

- 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for about a minute until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear on each side until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the sliced onions to the same skillet and sauté for about 10-15 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Pour in the balsamic vinegar and reduce for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, mixing well to create a luxurious sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes, soaking up the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to use boneless thighs for added juiciness. You can also substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
