- 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 2 medium Jalapeños (diced)
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 scallions (sliced)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Reserved Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the muffin tin cups with melted butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, diced jalapeños, sliced scallions, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and fill with the cheese mixture.
- Top with reserved cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving.
Notes
Make the filling a day in advance for convenience. These wonton cups can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker alternative.
