Description

Delicious and crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy jalapeño cheese filling, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 medium Jalapeños (diced)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 scallions (sliced)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Reserved Cheddar Cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the muffin tin cups with melted butter.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, diced jalapeños, sliced scallions, cheddar, and mozzarella until well combined.
  4. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and fill with the cheese mixture.
  5. Top with reserved cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Make the filling a day in advance for convenience. These wonton cups can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker alternative.
