Description

A comforting dish featuring juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy spinach and artichoke filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Spinach, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Add chopped spinach and artichokes, stirring until spinach wilts.
  4. Combine cottage cheese and mozzarella in a mixing bowl, then fold in the spinach-artichoke mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, seasoning each with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the spinach-artichoke filling over each chicken breast.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
