Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until a cohesive mixture forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Place on a parchment-lined plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
