- 1 package (14.3 oz) Golden Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
- Additional freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the Cookies and Strawberries: In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries until finely crushed.
- Mix with Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed mixture with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Shape the Truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Coat in White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips, dip each truffle, and coat with crushed freeze-dried strawberries before the chocolate sets.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese. Can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
