- 1 pound kielbasa (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and black pepper to mix the glaze.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat or your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the kielbasa pieces with the pineapple chunks in a separate bowl.
- If using skewers, alternately thread the kielbasa and pineapple onto them.
- Brush the glaze over the skewered bites.
- Grill or bake for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining glaze until heated through and caramelized.
- Plate and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add sriracha to the glaze. You can also prepare the glaze in advance for easier cooking.
