Description

A delicious and hearty casserole combining meatloaf and loaded potatoes for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and green onions.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
