Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Thai sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
