Description

This Ultra Moist & Tender Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread features a delightful cream cheese swirl and bursts of fresh blueberries, making it a perfect treat for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then add a layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by the remaining batter.
  9. Swirl the cream cheese mixture with a knife for a marbled effect.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
