Description

Juicy pork chops grilled to perfection with a sweet and smoky BBQ glaze that will elevate any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the dry rub: In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Massage the spice mixture into each pork chop, ensuring you coat both sides evenly.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce onto the chops during the last couple of minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Let pork chops rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling for even cooking. You can also prep the spice rub in advance.
