- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the dry rub: In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Massage the spice mixture into each pork chop, ensuring you coat both sides evenly.
- Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce onto the chops during the last couple of minutes of grilling.
- Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Let pork chops rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling for even cooking. You can also prep the spice rub in advance.
