- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices

- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the beef by combining the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl.
- Mix gently, then divide into four portions and shape into patties with indentation in the center.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Toast the buns on the grill for the last minute of cooking.
- Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and adding lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
