Description

A delightful dish featuring tender chicken fillet enveloped in a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 1 Onion
  • 34 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 200 ml Cream or Cooking Cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken fillet into uniform strips.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the hot oil and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the chicken.
  6. Toss in the chopped onions and garlic, sautéing for a minute.
  7. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  8. Stir in the cream and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Mix cornstarch with a bit of water (if using) and add to the sauce until thickened.
  10. Finish with a spritz of lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Great for meal prep; flavors deepen overnight. Can be made in an air fryer for a quicker option.
