Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 34 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 200 ml Cream or Cooking Cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (optional)
  • Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.
  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Introduce the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Mix in the cream and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  8. Optional: Stir in dissolved cornstarch for a thicker sauce.
  9. Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
