Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized strips.

- Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
- Introduce the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Mix in the cream and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Optional: Stir in dissolved cornstarch for a thicker sauce.
- Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
