Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the ground chicken in a mixing bowl with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Form small patties from the seasoned chicken, about the size of a golf ball.
- Cook a tortilla in the skillet, place a chicken patty on top, and press down with a spatula.
- Crisp the taco until the chicken is cooked and the tortilla is golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve hot.
