Description

Delicious, crispy Chicken Smash Tacos made with seasoned ground chicken, perfect for quick weeknight meals or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and creamy avocado for toppings
  • Vibrant salsa for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the ground chicken in a mixing bowl with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  3. Form small patties from the seasoned chicken, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Cook a tortilla in the skillet, place a chicken patty on top, and press down with a spatula.
  5. Crisp the taco until the chicken is cooked and the tortilla is golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and serve hot.
