Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it hang over the edges for easy removal.
- Beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until thickened and pale—about 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture gently.
- Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool for a minute, then roll the cake in the parchment paper while warm.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cooled cake gently, spread the whipped cream, and roll it back up.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the rolled cake.
