Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast (about 1 lb)
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream (approximately ¾ cup)
- 250 ml chicken broth (about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into evenly sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the onions and garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sauté until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add the onions and garlic, stirring occasionally until the onions are translucent, about 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken broth and cream, mix gently, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Perfect for busy weeknights, and pairs well with crusty bread or rice. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
