Description

A comforting and creamy pasta bake that brings together rich flavors, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 250g Pasta (like Penne or Fusilli)
  • 200ml Cream
  • 200g Cheese (grated, such as Gouda or Mozzarella)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and garlic, and cook until soft and golden.
  3. Add the Peppers: Stir in diced bell pepper and cook until softened.
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour in the cream and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine: Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, smoothing the surface. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley and enjoy hot.
