- 200g Cheese (grated, such as Gouda or Mozzarella)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and garlic, and cook until soft and golden.
- Add the Peppers: Stir in diced bell pepper and cook until softened.
- Create the Sauce: Pour in the cream and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Combine: Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish, smoothing the surface. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
