Instructions

- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat, lightly greasing it with butter or oil.
- Use a ladle to pour the batter onto the skillet, making each pancake about ¼ cup.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
