Description

A beautiful Fresh Fruit Tart featuring a crunchy shell filled with creamy vanilla yogurt or pastry cream and topped with vibrant, fresh fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made tart shell (shortcrust or graham cracker)
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, raspberries)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt or pastry cream
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze (or make your own from fruit preserves and water)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pre-made tart shell on a serving platter, ensuring it sits on a flat surface.
  2. Spread the vanilla yogurt or pastry cream evenly into the tart shell using a spatula.
  3. Arrange the mixed fresh fruit atop the cream in a decorative pattern.
  4. Brush the fruit glaze over the fruit with a pastry brush for a shiny finish.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.

Notes

Pre-bake the tart shell for a solid foundation. Use ripe fruits for optimal flavor and chill ingredients for a thicker cream.
