Description

A refreshing mojito pitcher filled with vibrant mint and zesty lime, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 4 cups soda water or sparkling water
  • 2 cups vodka
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges
  • Mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh mint leaves and sugar together in a large pitcher until fragrant.
  2. Add lime juice and vodka, stirring well to combine and dissolve the sugar.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice, then top with soda water.
  4. Stir gently to mix without losing fizzy texture.
  5. Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with lime wedges and mint sprigs.

Notes

Prep the mojito mix in advance without soda water and ice, refrigerating until ready to serve.
