- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (Dill and Parsley)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, blend equal parts of honey and BBQ sauce until smooth.
- Prepare the salmon: Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Get grilling: Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and brush with the honey BBQ mixture.
- Flip the salmon after about 5 minutes when it releases easily from the grill.
- Finish grilling: Brush the second side with the glaze and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from the grill and sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs.
Notes
Make the honey BBQ glaze in advance and store it in the fridge. If you don’t have a grill, an air fryer or broiler works well too.
