Description

Delicious grilled salmon coated with a sweet and tangy honey BBQ glaze, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh Herbs (Dill and Parsley)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, blend equal parts of honey and BBQ sauce until smooth.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Get grilling: Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and brush with the honey BBQ mixture.
  5. Flip the salmon after about 5 minutes when it releases easily from the grill.
  6. Finish grilling: Brush the second side with the glaze and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve: Remove from the grill and sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs.

Notes

Make the honey BBQ glaze in advance and store it in the fridge. If you don’t have a grill, an air fryer or broiler works well too.
