- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and ensure each piece is well-coated. Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, ensuring they are snug but not overcrowded.
- Grill the skewered shrimp for about 2–3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle the shrimp with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Marinate shrimp for no more than 30 minutes to avoid overly mushy texture. Can substitute olive oil with avocado oil.
