Description

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil, ensuring each piece gets coated.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the chicken thighs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. An air fryer can be used for crispier skin in less time.
