Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion, sautéing until the meat turns a rich golden brown and the onions become translucent.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the tomato paste, letting it roast slightly to deepen its flavor. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes, cream, and vegetable broth, stirring well to combine.
- Introduce the melting cheese or cream cheese, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Allow the soup to simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
