Description

A delightful and refreshing rose wine sangria that’s perfect for warm-weather gatherings, blending fresh fruits, brandy, and sparkling soda for an invigorating drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of rosé wine (dry or off-dry)
  • 1 cup of brandy
  • 1/4 cup of orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (oranges, lemons, strawberries, peaches)
  • 2 cups of club soda or sparkling water
  • Optional: fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the rosé wine, brandy, and orange liqueur in a large pitcher.
  2. Add the mixed fresh fruits and stir carefully.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, add the club soda or sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Fill your glasses with ice, pour the sangria, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, chill all ingredients beforehand and serve fresh. The sangria can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance without the club soda.
