Description

Ingredients

  • 3 Bell Peppers (red, yellow, orange)
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 Summer Squash
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash your vegetables thoroughly and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl.
