- 200 g Cream Cheese

- 150 ml Vegetable Broth

- 50 g Grated Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti, cooking according to package instructions until al dente.
- While cooking, finely chop the onion and garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until glassy.
- Toss in the fresh spinach, stirring until it wilts.
- Next, incorporate the cream cheese and vegetable broth, stirring until you achieve a creamy sauce.
- Drain the al dente spaghetti, then add it to the sauce. Gently toss to coat.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and allow it to melt before serving.
