A refreshing and creamy smoothie that combines the sweetness of ripe bananas and the tartness of strawberries.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt or milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, then remove the green tops and chop them roughly.
- Peel the ripe banana and cut it into chunks.
- Toss in the prepared strawberries, chopped banana, yogurt or milk, and honey/sugar into your blender.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or sugar if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, keep your strawberries and bananas frozen. Customize with protein powder or spinach for extra nutrition.
