Description

A refreshing and creamy smoothie that combines the sweetness of ripe bananas and the tartness of strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt or milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, then remove the green tops and chop them roughly.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and cut it into chunks.
  3. Toss in the prepared strawberries, chopped banana, yogurt or milk, and honey/sugar into your blender.
  4. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or sugar if desired.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, keep your strawberries and bananas frozen. Customize with protein powder or spinach for extra nutrition.
